This a model of the brain on the basis of resonance signal signal
processing.
The model answers some important questions
Why whole areas of the brain are activated by our senses.
Why areas of the brain can communicate without physical connection.
Why we can recognize the images of our senses more or less instantly.
How the brain combines images coming from different senses.
How we learn.
Why we need to sleep and how we dream.
The model is then applied to some examples which require very complex
control mechanisms and to some psychological phenomena which are
hard to explain.
The article also suggests an electronic signal processor which
works like the brain and would solve many problems of current real
time image processing. The approach is completely new and employs
none of the sequential programming elements found in present data
acquisition systems.
